Harrow Mobile & Laptop Repair is looking for a skilled Smartphone Repair Head Technician to join our team! If you have experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and MacBooks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

🔹 Conduct high-quality repairs on customer devices, including battery, screen, camera, and internal flex replacements
🔹 Deliver excellent customer service and technical expertise
🔹 Train and support junior technicians to maintain high repair standards
🔹 Ensure smooth daily operations and workspace organization
🔹 Assist customers with tech support, product recommendations, and purchases
🔹 Maintain a safe and clean working environment

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 2 years of experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and MacBooks
✔ Strong passion for technology and troubleshooting
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Leadership experience in a retail or repair environment (preferred)
✔ Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
